1. Quotes & Estimates

 

• All quotes provided by Medicine Hat Roofing Company, whether delivered by phone, email, or in writing, are preliminary estimates only.

• Prices are based on satellite imagery, measurements, and/or information provided by the homeowner.

• A final on-site inspection is required to confirm the scope of work, material requirements, and total cost.

 

2. Scope of Work

 

• Quotes include the removal of one (1) layer of existing shingles unless otherwise specified.

• Standard quotes include all necessary roofing materials (shingles, underlayment, ice & water protection, vents, flashing, ridge caps, and fasteners) and professional installation.

• Additional charges may apply if extra layers of shingles, structural repairs, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during inspection or installation.

 

3. Validity of Quotes

 

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

• After this period, prices may be adjusted due to material costs, availability, or other factors.

 

4. Financing

 

• Financing is available on approved credit (OAC).

• Rates, terms, and monthly payment amounts are subject to lender approval.

• Financing details will be disclosed prior to contract signing.

 

5. Payment Terms

 

• Payment schedule will be outlined in the final contract.

• Deposits may be required prior to scheduling work.

• Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

6. Warranty

 

• All installations include manufacturer warranties on materials and a workmanship warranty provided by Medicine Hat Roofing Company.

• Warranty details are available upon request.

 

7. Limitations

 

• Medicine Hat Roofing Company is not responsible for delays due to weather, supply chain issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Final pricing and project timeline will be confirmed after the on-site inspection and before work begins.
